How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By providing a quality service at a fair and honest price. I see people getting charged ridiculous amounts of money to have their carpets cleaned and I simply don't think it's right. Your business will thrive if you treat people with respect and honesty, and do a quality job rather than trying to take advantage of the customer by upselling them anything they will pay for. People work hard to earn their living just like I do and they shouldn't be taken advantage of.

Currently we have only one location, but do hope to expand in the next year or so.
