How long have you been in business?
Since 2006 as Apalachee Realty Inc but have been in the property management/investment business in one form or fashion for 30+ years.

Real estate - buying, selling, leasing, investing and managment services
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Parents were in the business and also had investment properties. Had been doing the work of a broker so it made sense to have my own firm.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Using technology to reach as many prospect as possible through websites like this and many others. Personal service that allows our clients to make the best decisions possible with one of their most valuable investments.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One - Yes, plan to eventually have a firm that an agent or broker would be interested in buying.
Which areas do you service?
Barrow and surrounding counties as well as Northeast Georgia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Myself along with my wife Amy.
