How long have you been in business?
We have been using Rhino Shield in the Atlanta area since 2001 with awesome results. We have several satisfied customers who still rave about the product after 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Rhino Shield Ceramic Coating, a replacement to painting every 3-5 years.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My husband was working for the company and I came on as an employee. We had the opportunity to purchase the business and we did. I have worked with my dad in the siding business for years when I was growing up. I helped him install siding on properties and sold real estate for about 3 years. I grew up in the housing industry and now I am putting that experience to work.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service is my main concern. I want every customer to have the best experience they can have. Since it will be the only time they have to work with us, I want them to refer us to their friends and family so they to can have the same great experience they had.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, but we cover from Savannah up to Knoxville, TN. Right now we cover those territories, but we would love to have an office in those locations some day.

316 to Sugarloaf Parkway exit. Take a left and then an right onto Lakes Parkway. Which is right across from the Gwinnett College. Go to the 3rd turn lane to the left and we are in the second building.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, and we have some financing options available.
Which areas do you service?
We cover from as far south as Macon on up into Chattanooga TN, area.

Jeff and Roxanne
Shaun and Gilbert are our project managers.
What are your hours of operation?
Typically 8-4, Sales reps are working Monday thru Sat.
